使用说明:
车用尿素溶液的纯度和洁净度要求较高,相对于工业尿素,缩二脲、不溶物、铁、硫化物、氯化物等的含量都有严格的要求。由于SCR催化剂载体极易发生金属离子中毒从而失去催化效果,因此车用尿素溶液必须使用电子行业一级超纯水。目前车用尿素溶液一般由32.5%高纯尿素和67.5%的超纯水组成,因为这个浓度的尿素溶液结晶点低,在低于-11度的时候才会结晶。为防止低温时溶液结晶和凝固,目前是通过加入改性剂降低溶液凝固点、外加加热装置等手段来预防。 使用劣质车用尿素溶液或不使用车用尿素溶液的危害:为了减少支出,使用中会出现购买廉价尿素或掐断OBD检测信号而不使用尿素的情况,这些做法不但不能节约成本,还因会造成SCR系统损坏而增加成本,同时也会加大对大气的污染,影响整个人类的健康。![](https://img62.equ1688.com/819f05fe9a3ee9204b04f5e102164984cbc36d275b36bcf39d275aa8b9d77e81ee1842010bbf5b82.jpg)
