产品概述气动一体式浆液阀（整体式浆液阀、刀型闸阀）。一种整体式浆液阀，包括阀体、阀杆和闸板，阀体的内壁嵌装有Ｕ型的弹性中空式密封条，闸板的边缘则和密封条接触密封配合，阀体是整体成型结构，且密封条的空腔中内置有弹性钢丝构成支撑加强结构。本实用新型采用整体成型的阀体，强度高，不易损坏，生产迅速。在密封条的空腔中置放有弹性钢丝，加强弹性，支撑可靠，装配嵌入阀体内壁中很方便，防止密封条变形泄漏，密封性能更好，充分保证了浆液阀的零泄漏，介质双向流动基本无流阻。
本阀门适用于糖浆、纸浆、泥浆、污水、煤浆等介质管路上，作启闭调节和节流使用，适用于水平安装，亦可倾斜安装。
1、采用对夹一体式结构，体积小，重量轻；
2、敞开的通道，可以防止介质在阀内的沉积；
3、采用可更换式密封结构，一改普通浆液阀与刀型闸阀维修难的问题。
