User Name and Password are correct, the logon status for the account showed on “User” page, but compare with another normal skid, user’s “Group” property change to “Unauthorized”.
用户名密码是正确的，账户登录状态在“User”页面有显示，但是与另一个正常机组相对照，用户的“组”属性变成了“未”。
Malfunction Analysis故障分析
Discussed with Siemens Engineer and check the HMI Program, found in the “Runtime settings > User administration” editor, these “limit for logon attempts” function is enabled as default, and the Maximum trying time of the Password is 3 as default.
与西门子工程师讨论并检查人机界面程序，发现在“运行系统设置>用户管理”编辑页面中“登录尝试限制”功能被默认启用，并且错误登录尝试次数默认为3次。
According to the help document, it’s clear to understａnd the issue of “turn to page failed” is due to enter the incorrected password accumulated to 3 times. And system automatically moves the user account from original group to “Unauthorized” group, so that the user account lost the authority to access the page.
根据帮助文档，显然“跳转页面失败”的问题是由于输入错误的密码累计3次造成的。系统自动将用户账号从“原所属”组移动到“未”组，用户账号失去了访问页面的权限。
Solution解决方案
1、Re-download the HMI program, means fully reset the HMI, the locked account can back to normal.
重新下载人机界面程序，也就是说重置人机界面，被锁定的账户恢复正常。
2、Change the configuration in HMI program, cancel “limit for logon attempts” function, and download. The account locked issue will be never happen.
更改人机界面程序配置，取消“登录次数限制”功能，并下载。帐户锁定问题将不再发生。
3、There is another simple way without download action to unlock the user account.
还有一个简单的办法，无需执行下载即可解锁账户
Check the help document, logon with the account which belongs to “Administrator Group” can re-active the locked user account.
查询帮助文档，使用属于“管理员”组的高权限账户登录，可以重新激活被锁定的账户，既将账户从“未”组移回“原所属”组。
Note: Using this way must ensure the User Management Page with the “User view” object is available on the HMI.
注意：使用这种方法要确认人机界面中配有插入“User view”控件的用户管理页面。
