焊接器机器人使用冷焊机与氩弧焊机谁好?昆山荣仕杰

每一款设备都有市场的需求才会存在,冷焊机与氩焊机同样如此;在薄板焊接与焊补行业,市场需求决定了选取哪种焊机;


一、氩弧焊

1、 氩弧焊只能焊1.0以上的焊丝,焊补的精确度不高;

2、氩弧焊的温度比较高,容易变色、变形;

3、氩弧焊焊疤大,对模具的损伤比较大;


4、氩弧焊焊补模具后一般都不能上机床加工所以只能手工处理、比如锉刀挫、油石油,焊疤

大后就浪费时间了;

二、冷焊机

1、冷焊机达到了激光焊的焊接、焊补精度;

2、冷焊机能准确地设定输出电流和焊补时间,不会变色、变形;

3、冷焊机焊疤小,对模具损伤小;

4、冷焊机焊补后可以上机床加工;

5、冷焊机焊后无需热处理,不会影响产品使用寿命。
